More about your hosts:

Herbalist Kaki of Clinical Traditions - Florida native, clinical herbalist, UNF MHS & relatively new farmer (since 2020), is a practicing herbalist who is driven to keep improving her medicine making skills and to keep stewarding this small plot of earth as best as she can. Kaki is most passionate about her family's health, regenerative agriculture, her local economy, the pollinators, eating the weeds, and exercise.

Nadia Korths, small business owner, Murray Hill Farmer’s Market co-founder, and local forager. Nadia, entering her 7th decade, has been foraging for more than 30 years. Handfuls of fresh catnip and motherwort helped her sooth from a deep betrayal and calm a nervous bride. Many have savored her lambs quarter and nettle mineral rich broths. Learn why she forages blackberry and persimmon leaves and pine needles. And what she harvests most days to add to her salads. Nadia is most known regionally for making and selling biodegradable food covers at RAM for the past decade. Three and a half years ago she and MJ Anderson cofounded the Murray Hill Farmers Market.

Natalie of Taproot Apothecary - Natalie is an herbalist, grower, and freelance graphic designer.
